How the scam operates.
Broker HE presents itself as an online trading platform, targeting prospective investors under the standard proposition of financial market access and returns. The platform operates from a subdomain of a generic website-samples host, which substitutes for any proprietary trading infrastructure. This configuration is characteristic of operations that prioritise rapid deployment over the technical and legal foundations a regulated broker would require.
The fraud pattern common to platforms of this type proceeds in a recognisable sequence. Victims are onboarded through a streamlined process with minimal verification, and funds are collected via payment channels that offer limited or no consumer protections. Account interfaces typically display favourable balances in the early stages, reinforcing confidence and encouraging further deposits. Throughout this period, the operator retains complete discretionary control over account balances and withdrawal approvals, with no independent oversight of fund custody.
Problems surface when victims attempt to withdraw funds. Operators of this type typically respond by introducing escalating procedural barriers: administrative fees framed as taxes or compliance charges, repeated identity verification requests, or outright non-response. Communication becomes evasive or ceases entirely. By this point, deposited capital is effectively inaccessible, and victims find no regulatory body or legal framework through which to compel a resolution.
Red flags we documented.
- 01Domain hosted on a web-template subdomainThe platform's domain is a subdomain of what appears to be a generic website-samples host, not a dedicated financial services domain. No legitimate broker operates from this kind of infrastructure; it is consistent with a disposable setup intended to be discarded once victim complaints accumulate.
- 02No regulatory registration on recordBroker HE has no documented licence or registration with any recognised financial regulatory authority. Unregulated platforms lack the structural requirements governing client fund segregation, capital adequacy, and formal dispute resolution processes.
- 03Unverifiable corporate identityThe operation presents no traceable ownership structure, registered business name, physical address, or auditable corporate history. This anonymity is a common feature of operations designed to fold and re-emerge under a new identity once scrutiny increases.
- 04Confirmed adverse classification from specialist reviewerBrokersView has classified Broker HE as a fraudulent operation. Adverse classifications from established broker-review aggregators carry evidential weight when corroborated by structural indicators such as domain infrastructure and the absence of regulatory registration.
- 05No client-facing legal documentationThere is no public record of terms of service, client agreements, or regulatory disclosures associated with Broker HE. Platforms that withhold this documentation prevent victims from establishing the legal basis needed for any subsequent recovery or dispute process.
What you can do now.
Open a free 24-hour case assessment with CryptoLeek +
Tell us what happened. A senior analyst reads your file within 24 hours and replies with an honest yes/no/conditional on recovery. The assessment is free. If we cannot recover the funds we say so plainly, including which (free) regulator channel you should use instead. If we accept the case, we open a numbered case file and issue a written quote for a flat investigation retainer before any work begins, scoped to case complexity, the jurisdictions involved, and the on-chain trail.
Trace your funds on-chain with our analysts +
We trace stolen crypto across BTC, ETH, EVM L2s, Solana, Tron, and major stablecoins using the same toolchain as regulators and tier-1 exchange compliance teams. The output is a forensic report anchored to specific transaction hashes and block heights, the evidence that exchanges, payment processors, and counsel actually act on. Recovery starts here.
Recover with counsel where civil action makes sense +
Where the trace lands in a jurisdiction with cooperative banks and courts, we coordinate with bar-licensed counsel in our 40+ jurisdiction network for civil action and asset-freezing orders (Mareva-style). Counsel bill you directly; the CryptoLeek investigation retainer is independent of counsel fees. The outcome is funds released back to your nominated wallet or bank account.
