BrokersView consigne le motif de la mise en garde comme suit : « On Jun 27, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning against Bubble Dot FX, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization in the UK. https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/bubble-dot-fx Bubble Dot FX is a suspected fraudulent broker that fails to provide any regulatory information. It only discloses that it is based in the UK,but upon investigation, we found that it is not authorized by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). And in fact, the FCA has listed it on its warning list due to concerns over illegal financial activities. Therefore, Bubble Dot FX appears to be a scam.
- 01No FCA Authorisation Despite UK ClaimsThe FCA register contains no authorised entry for Bubble Dot FX. Any firm conducting regulated financial activity in the UK must hold FCA authorisation; claiming a UK base without it is itself a regulatory breach and a strong indicator of deceptive intent.
- 02FCA Formal Public Warning IssuedThe FCA issued a formal public warning against this operation in June 2025, citing concern that it may be offering financial services or products without proper authorisation. A formal FCA warning is a high-severity signal reserved for firms the regulator believes pose a material risk to consumers.
- 03Absence of Regulatory Disclosure on the PlatformBrokersView's review found the platform provides no verifiable regulatory information. Legitimate brokers operating in the UK are required to display their FCA firm reference number prominently; its absence removes any mechanism for independent verification before depositing funds.
- 04Claimed Jurisdiction Contradicts Regulatory RecordThe operator represents itself as UK-based, yet no corresponding FCA registration exists. This pattern, where a claimed jurisdiction cannot be verified against its own regulator's public records, is a well-documented characteristic of fraudulent broker operations targeting retail investors.
