- 03Credential-harvesting interface patternReplica wallet sites are architected to capture seed phrases or private keys before presenting any functional wallet interface. Any web-based service requesting these credentials outside a locally installed, verified application is operating as a credential harvesting platform by definition.
- 04No verifiable legal or operational identityThe operator maintains no disclosed company registration, regulatory licence, or identifiable support infrastructure. This absence of accountability is structurally necessary: a traceable entity cannot run an impersonation platform without legal exposure.
- 05Phishing delivery as the primary traffic signalHomograph phishing domains are almost never reached by organic search. Traffic is driven deliberately via unsolicited messages embedding the malicious link. Arrival via such a message, rather than by typing the address, is itself a strong indicator of a coordinated phishing campaign.
