A deturpação central consiste em confundir o registro de IBC (International Business Company) com autorização regulatória. O status de IBC em SVG é uma ferramenta de constituição societária, não uma licença financeira; a SVG FSA declarou explicitamente que não regula nem licencia corretoras de forex. Operadores que usam essa estrutura evitam requisitos de capital, regras de segregação de recursos dos clientes e procedimentos de reclamação que um licenciamento genuíno impõe. As vítimas normalmente depositam fundos de boa-fé, recebendo interfaces de conta e confirmações iniciais de operações que sugerem uma plataforma em funcionamento.
O ponto de falha em operações com essa estrutura normalmente surge quando um cliente tenta sacar fundos. Os pedidos são adiados, recebem exigências crescentes de documentação ou são totalmente ignorados. This is extortion. The original deposit is already gone; the second-stage fee is the operator extracting additional value before disappearing.
- 03Account manager pushes for higher depositsA named "account manager" (often via Telegram or WhatsApp) urges progressively larger deposits, frames hesitation as "missing the opportunity", and discourages independent verification. This social-engineering pattern is consistent across investment-fraud operations and rarely appears at licensed brokers.
- 04No verifiable regulator registrationThe platform claims regulation by a real authority but the regulator's public register has no record of the firm, or has an explicit warning notice. Always check the source register directly, not the platform's own claims.
