A plataforma alega autorização da Financial Conduct Authority do Reino Unido, citando a licença de número 745334 como prova de sua situação regulatória. Esse enquadramento foi pensado para responder às perguntas de diligência prévia que a maioria dos investidores de varejo faz antes de comprometer recursos com uma corretora online.
O mecanismo central da fraude apoia-se em uma identidade regulatória fabricada. Os registros da FCA não mostram nenhuma entidade correspondente ao número de licença alegado, 745334, o que significa que a autorização declarada é simplesmente falsa. Os operadores apresentam essa credencial falsa ao lado de um site de aparência profissional para reduzir a resistência do investidor. Uma vez feito o depósito, o dinheiro fica fora de qualquer estrutura regulada, sem contas de clientes segregadas sob a guarda de uma autoridade reconhecida e sem recurso a um ombudsman.
O ponto de ruptura para a maioria das vítimas chega na etapa do saque. Operações não reguladas desse tipo costumam impor barreiras crescentes: exigências de verificação, taxas inventadas ou pedidos de pagamento antecipado de impostos que só aparecem depois que os recursos já foram comprometidos. - 02Withdrawal triggers a "release fee"When a user requests withdrawal, the platform invents a new charge, "tax clearance", "anti-money-laundering fee", "withdrawal upgrade", that must be paid before funds release. This is extortion. The original deposit is already gone; the second-stage fee is the operator extracting additional value before disappearing.
- 03Account manager pushes for higher depositsA named "account manager" (often via Telegram or WhatsApp) urges progressively larger deposits, frames hesitation as "missing the opportunity", and discourages independent verification. This social-engineering pattern is consistent across investment-fraud operations and rarely appears at licensed brokers.
- 04No verifiable regulator registrationThe platform claims regulation by a real authority but the regulator's public register has no record of the firm, or has an explicit warning notice. Always check the source register directly, not the platform's own claims.
